Branch Manager In-Store 22nd & Harrison
As a Branch Manager In-Store, you will develop and manage branch staff and drive the profitability of the branch through completing sales, aisle prospecting, service management, implementation of business strategies, and business development through management of the referral process in our grocery store locations. You will also develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships, ensuring high retention success and be cross-trained to perform all branch duties. Successful candidates have the ability to assess, develop, and retain top talent, hold employees accountable for results, motivate the team, develop action plans for improvement, recognize and reward for performance, and actively coach employees to achieve sales results by demonstrating and setting examples. They are also risk and bottom-line-results oriented, goal driven, self-motivated, assertive, and perform well in a competitive sales environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of Branch functions, regulatory compliance and internal policies and procedures
Sales experience, including techniques for sourcing new business and needs based profiling and referring are preferred
Excellent team orientation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial business management experience
Sales planning and management skills
Strong probing, listening, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues
Ability to work weekends and evening hours required
Minimum 2 years of retail, operations and/or sales management experience required
Post-high school degree required, preferably a BS or BA
Series 6, 63, Life Insurance licenses required within 60 days of hire (also Health in some states)
PC proficiency
