We are currently seeking qualified candidates in the Seattle, WA to train for Branch Management opportunities in the Western US. This position is responsible for running a self-sustained wholesale distribution center including warehouse operations, with functions such as: Leading and developing a staff of associates, planning and budgeting, sales, compliance to the highest safety standards, profit and loss analysis and execution of countermeasures.

REQUIREMENTS
The Manager must be effective at resolving high level customer issues, maintaining employee safety standards, sustaining daily branch operations and implementing inventory controls.

Successful candidates must have proven leadership experience. They must be highly motivated and willing to take reasonable risks in an entrepreneurial environment. Requires excellent customer service skills, 3-5 years previous management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once using good judgment in setting priorities. The ability to motivate others to excellence is a must! Prior experience in a wholesale distribution environment preferred. Knowledge of exterior building products also a plus.
