We’re seeking a Branch Controller to oversee and manage all operational functions of our Rockville branch location. You’ll be accountable for the growth and profitability of the office and associated territories.
Responsibilities include:
Managing operational support functions, including accounting, credit and collections/billing, warehouse, inventory, office administration, and other clerical support functions
Financial and business planning and analysis
Budget and accounting functions
Preparing expense and income statements, as well as other accounting statements and reports.
Hires, trains, and develops branch personnel

REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
7 or more years of experience in accounting or business planning, or in an operational capacity with a branch, field, subsidiary, or home office of a company
3 or more years of supervisory/managerial experience
Solid written/oral communications skills
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and legal statutes applications
Effective staff development skills
