Bookkeeper - Growth Potential

We are currently looking for a full charge bookkeeper who has the qualifications to someday grow into a controller role. This opportunity is with a very stable company located on Fulton Industrial Boulevard near Camp Creek Parkway who currently has a very aggressive 5 year growth plan in place.
Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
Experience in the transportation, logistics or distribution industry is highly desired but not necessary
Four year degree a plus but is not necessary
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel
Must have QuickBooks experience
Position responsibilities will eventually include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Production and distribution of Management Reports
Customer Contract Management
Supplier Contract Management
Medical Insurance Management
Risk management
Regulatory / Licensing Update Management
T&E Plus Credit Card ManagementCorporate Calendar ManagementHR
Reconciliation of monthly account statements with accounting software
Reconciliation of station petty cash accounts monthly
Corporate Mailing List
IT supplier/system management
