Bookkeeper (Accounts Payable & Receivable)

We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for making prompt and accurate payment to vendors for the dealership. Responsibilities also include issuing demand checks and daily deposits as well as assisting fellow employees with various accounting duties.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Issue voucher checks requested by dealership personnel
Prepare daily deposits
Prepare reports, issue refunds and submit documentation for all transactions
Issue checks for returned drafts and checks
Review and process petty cash vouchers and issue petty cash checks
Review and prepare payable invoices for data entry
Reconcile and prepare payables check run

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:
One year of accounts payable & receivable experience
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Strong mathematical ability & accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds
Knowledge of ADPRequired Education:
