Bookkeeper/Accountant

Benefit Partners, Inc. (BP) is a comprehensive human resources consulting firm whose focus is to provide personalized solutions to assist our clients in reaching their organizational objectives. Our practice includes consulting, design, and implementation relative to all qualified plans, executive compensation, health and welfare plans, worker's compensation, and employee communications. Other areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, pension administration, and outsourcing of human resources and retirement plan administration in a service center environment. Utilization of BP services allows it clients to focus on managing their benefit costs as well as concentrate on their core strategies.

Benefit Partners has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper and an Accountant. Candidates with experience in the following areas will be considered:

-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Invoicing
-Bank Statement Reconciliations
-General Ledger Posting (multiple companies)
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and skills in the following:

-QuickBooks (intermediate or above)
-Excel (intermediate or above)
-10 Key by Touch
