Billing and Accounts Receivable
Billing and Accounts Receivable position available for busy Logistics Center in Edison, NJ. .
Candidate will be working in the Finance and Human Resource office and will be cross-trained to support the Office of the Director.
Billing •Accurate and timely processing of daily invoices, including analysis, data entry, backup documentation, and filing.
You will be auditing documents, editing, transmitting invoices, verifying Bill-to-party's according to guidelines, investigate billing issues, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
At least one year experience in A/R and Billing.
Basic general ledger understanding and experience.
Must be very detail oriented, accurate with numbers and data entry, have strong math skills, filing skills and a good phone manner.
Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Experience in the warehousing, or apparel, or transportation industry necessary.
Should be familiar with Quickbooks.
