If you're looking to join a pediatric institution as your employer of choice, you need to look at the best in the nation.This position is located in Malvern, PA.The Supervisor of Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable is responsible for the daily oversight of the Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable staff and the functions they perform. The Supervisor must have a daily pulse on the volume of incoming work, current staffing levels and department objectives. The Supervisor must routinely transfer staff resources to the appropriate functions in order to ensure that all aspects of billing are handled in a timely and quality manner. The Supervisor routinely works with staff to coach and counsel in order to improve job performance. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience necessary.
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a physician billing environment.
At least 1-2 years supervisory experience.
