Billing Specialist-2 positions- Newark & Roseland NJ

We have 2 Law Firm clients, 1 in Newark and 1 in Roseland NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain billing skills and enjoy the stability of a permanent position in a very stable industry.

The purpose of this position is to support client billing for attorneys. Duties will include:
- Pro forma generation
- Final bill processing
- creating reports for attorneys and other legal staff
- reconcile any issues with billing or payment applications
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this position:
- 2+ years billing in a corporate, service-oriented environment
- Extremely professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Elite &/or CMS is a requirement
- Salary $44,000-$50,000
