Billing Process Engineer

Purpose: This position is in support of billing process engineering for global deployment of services, such as EVPN, GMIS, and AVPN . The role is responsible project managing large cross functional teams, gathering and defining user system requirements in support of billing platforms. The individual will develop Level 0-3 process flows defining the business process (6 sigma). Help establish control points to assure quality and financial integrity. The candidate will be responsible for completion of all billing deliverables for the full service relation process (User requirements, test plans & cases, UAT testing). Weekend and/or night hours maybe required to support off hours testing and World Wide user communities.

Essential skills: Process Engineers/UAT tester to support billing user requirements development for core billing capabilities, process and user requirements. Document process changes (level 2 and 3 process flows), business system requirements, UAT test plans, perform UAT testing. Process Engineering (VISIO), standard testing procedures (regression ,&) and project management skills.
