Billing Coordinator

Bass, Berry and Sims is an innovative, dynamic law firm with a practice spanning the full spectrum of today’s business environment. We currently seek a Billing Coordinator.

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for gathering and reviewing data submitted to the accounting system, processing client invoices on a daily basis, maintaining accurate client records and participating in research projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements for the position is 3-5 years accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required and experience in Thomson Elite accounting software is a plus. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, possess the ability to multi-task and work with little or no supervision.
