REQUIREMENTS

Billing / Collections administrator

Requirements:

Associates degree in a related field
Construction accounting/software experience
AIA billing
Waiver and supplier waiver preparation
Collection call experience
Computer literacy- Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience is critical as construction accounting can be fast paced and very unique. The atmosphere in this department is positive. We work as a team to manage cash flow, collections, month end closings, etc. Candidates should be dependable and reliable. We are open to, and encourage new thoughts and ideas that can improve the department and company.
