Billing & Collections Posting Clerk

We are seeking dedicated Billing and Collections Posting Clerks who want to be part of a company who make a difference in patient’s lives. Rotech’s Posting Clerks are responsible for posting of all payments into IMBS.
Job Responsibilities:
Verifies all batch information for accuracy.Posts patient line item.
Processes patient payments and refunds.
Reviews posting audits.
Processes Transfers Out (TROUTs) and Transfers In (TRINs) to/from other Rotech companies/locations.
Enters offset line items.
Audits and posts offsets.
Matches all cash sales delivery tickets from file to Daily Control Sheet.
Makes copies of any offsets, over/under EOBs for appropriate staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Home healthcare/DME experience a plus.
