Billing Associate

Reporting directly to the Controller, responsibilities include:

- developing and maintaining client profiles
- executed service agreements
- billing procedures
- invoice preparation and billing cycle
- preparing internal and ad hoc reporting
- collections and other Accounts Receivable duties as assigned


***Individuals with medical billing experience need not apply***
REQUIREMENTS
- BS/BA/AS degree preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of collections and billing experience required, construction industry preferred
- detail-oriented
- work well in a team environment
- good oral and written communication skills
