Bilingual Collections Agent

Purpose:
Our client is a national lender with approximately 8,700 dealer relationships nationwide. They offer a full spectrum of prime and non-prime credit quality automobile loans through our network of dealer relationships. They are in need of a COLLECTION AGENT in the IRVINE area.

Candidates responsibilities will include on average about 80-100 outbound calls daily regarding 5-50 day delinquencies for auto loans.

Candidate needs to be able to speak Spanish fluently. Must have good integrity and work ethic, strong negotiating skills, positive attitude and be a
creative thinker, and team oriented.
