Bi-lingual I.T. Support Tech. (Cantonese,Mandarian & English)

TechTeam Global, Inc., is a global/mulitinational provider of information technology and business process outsourcing services- based in Southfield, MI.We are currently seeking a bi-lingual I.T. Support Technician.
In this position the I.T. Support Technician will support Cantonese, Mandarin, and English speaking inbound callers regarding pharmaceutical issues. Callers include physicians, nurses, and patients; project supports those administering and/or participating in clinical drug trials and may require assistance with PCs, laptops, and PDAs, as well as specific software contained on them. Additional duties of the positionincludes outgoing followup calls, ongoing training,reports, and research. May have the opportunity tointeract with Belgium and Romanian employees.
REQUIREMENTS
PC hardware and software knowledge and troubleshootingis required. Must have fluent communication skills in all the following languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Candidate must also be able to work shift to support China business hours(EST + 12 Hours). Knowledge of Palms/other PDAs, laptops, etc. is desired. Training is provided.Cantonese, Mandarin/English speaking team player who enjoys working in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to handle critical information with professionalism and sensitivity.
