Bi-Lingual Controller Needed for Growing Company in San Diego

Immediate opening for a talented Accounting Professional in the San Diego area. Ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning, Financial Statement/Reports, Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, and general Controllership skills. Must be able to communicate with various business partners including I-Bankers, Commercial Bankers, as well as the facilities in Mexico, Bi-Lingual is a MUST.
Must be systems savvy, and be able to implement a new system such as Great Plains, or another along these lines. This person will have the ability to hire people on underneath them and help develop their own team, as well as direct the business itself. Knowledge of International Accounting Rules is a major plus!
