BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE MANAGER

Small Brickell International Law Office looking for a strong energetic individual who has excellent managerial and bookkeeping experience.

THE INDIVIDUAL WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE (i) EXPERIENCE RUNNING A LAW FIRM, (ii) ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPER EXPERIENCE, and(iii)KNOWLEDGE OF PCLAW.

SALARY & BENEFITS SHALL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS
The job will require the following:
- Prepare Invoices
- Manage bank account (i.e deposits, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- Payroll processing for a approx. 7 employees
- Maintain file system for accounts payable and receivables
- Process incoming wires
- Prepare general ledgers for accountant
- Prepare trust and receivable Reports
- Must be a self starter
- PC LAW experience
- Must work well with others
- MS WORD, Outlook a must
- Bilingual preferred
- Manage all misc office matters (i.e. ordering supplies, kitchen supplies, computer matter, etc.)
