BOOKKEEPER/FULL CHARGE/EXEC ASST

Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Exec.Assistant for a stable, family oriented organization. Duties include payroll, tax reporting, daily accounting, and creating/ maintaining complete, systemic financial records. Balances and reconciles general and subsidiary ledgers and prepares related reports. EXPERIENCE: Must haved a minimum of 3 years Construction Accounting experience. Must be proficient in QUICKBOOKS PRO Construction Edition, Excel, MS Word, Adobe & MS Office guru. General Contractor/building environment strongly preferred. Financial Statements, Collection, General Office, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation. Great Benefits and Bonuses.
