BILLING & COLLECTIONS MANAGER Eye Centers of Florida has an immediate opening for an experienced Billing & Collections Manager. This position is responsible for the overall operation the billing, posting, and collection departments. Specific responsibilities include managing department to insure that all billings are completed in designated time frames, patient collections are monitored and completed, monitoring AR to reduce aging accounts, and managing and leading staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years directly related experience in a healthcare environment, extensive experience with MediCare, MediCaid, and private insurance billing, strong understanding of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, strong Excel skills, excellent interpersonal and staff development skills.
