This position will be primarily responsible to assist the Deloitte Tax professionals with various engagement support and coordination activities.
 
The responsibilities for this position include (but not limited to) the following:
 
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning and uploading
documents, prior and current year tax workpapers and returns to Deloitte OnLine (Deloitte web-based collaboration tool) and/or Tracker (web based compliance tool that helps monitor the status of compliance projects online).
 Schedule arrival/departure meetings between assignees and our tax professionals including assembling interview packets, maintaining tracking spreadsheet, and sending confirmation e-mails on meeting details to assignees and Deloitte professionals    
 Communicate with assignees/clients via phone and e-mail
Monitor client inbox in Outlook and respond/reply to messages as appropriate
Assisting US and India based engagement teams with various projects and answer questions on any administrative issues that might arise.
Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
Participate/assist in local office training as needed
Perform a billing analysis periodically

 Experience with office environment in multiple locations preferred.
 
Skills Required:
 Knowledge of Word and Adobe
 Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced knowledge would be a plus).
 Bookkeeping / Accounting skills preferred
 Experience with billing preferred
 Ability to quickly learn new procedures with limited direction
 Ability to follow instructions explicitly, with a knowledge to know when to ask questions to clarify
ambiguities
