Financial Outsourcing Solutions, the internal audit, compliance and risk management department of bmc (Beard Miller Company LLP), a large regional accounting firm with offices in PA,MD and NJ is in search of experienced internal auditors due to our growth in the Central Pennsylvania marketplace.
Qualified candidates should have between 1-8 years' of experience in internal or compliance auditing. Banking experience preferred.A Bachelor’s degree Accounting or related Business field is required. Professional certifications including CPA, CIA, CISA or CFE are a plus. An advanced understanding of operational and financial audits, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to interact with all levels of management are critical.
