Our external audit services include:
Audits of financial statements including reviews of quarterly financial information
Audits of internal control over financial reporting (as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act)
Agreed upon procedures
Other attest related services
Assurance Seniors supervise field audit engagements, assist in designing the approach to audits, supervise staff, perform accounting of complex areas of a clients' balance sheet and income statements, oversee the completion of clients' annual reports and interact
with clients to discuss field audit issues.
 
Qualifications:
3+ years of Public Accounting experience required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA Certification) required
