You will have the opportunity to serve as part of a team of professionals delivering quality service to a variety of top-tier clients in Consumer & Industrial Products related industries. The challenge will be to continually develop new ways to help these clients solve their ever-increasing complex business problems in an ever increasing and changing global environment. You will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operations utilizing ABAS practice methodology to assess our client's operations. This will include risk assessment, planning, "review be interview", analytical procedures, methods to enhance operations, shareholder value and focused reviews of information systems. You will be responsible for conveying solutions to our client's complex business problems through the use of written reports and presentations. The opportunity will be a available for you to develop your responsibility in supervision, coaching, developing and leading teams and individual team members. REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BB.A. required and Master's in Accounting or 150 hours required. Must be CPA eligible, CPA certification is required for a manager promotion.Essential Requirements:
Prior public accounting experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of current public accounting experience with a strong audit client base emphasis on consumer and industrial products clients.
Manufacturing, Retail, Not for Profit, Utilities, Energy and Consumer Products experience a plus
Excellent Communication Skills ( both oral and written) required.
The ability to interact with all levels of firm and client management.
A commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
