This opportunity is based in Wichita, Kansas and will mainly support a top tier local client......The ideal candidate will assume responsibility to deliver quality service to a local top tier client in Wichita, Kansas, and will reside within the Consumer Industrial Products & Services group of our Assurance practice. He/she will be expected to take a consultant’s approach to the attest/assurance process of clients' operations utilizing PricewaterhouseCoopers’ state of the art analytical tools and practice methodologies. This includes annual and financial risk assessment, planning, "review by interview", analytical procedures, methods to enhance shareholder value, and focused reviews of information systems. In addition, as a Senior Associate, you will be expected to continue to develop industry and technical expertise in assurance and business advisory areas through written reports and management presentations, manage multiple relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables. You will be expected to share ideas with other staff and support critical reasoning with proper firm and professional standards. REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree required, CPA required.Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years current public accounting experience in a Big 4, national firm, top local firm or prior major company that has a strong audit client base. PwC will consider a candidate with recent prior public accounting experience who has since transitioned into an industry role. A solid track record of demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Previous audit experience with public companies is preferred.
