The ideal candidate will deliver quality service to top tier Real Estate clients within our Assurance and Business Advisory Services (ABAS) practice. Candidate will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operations utilizing PricewaterhouseCoopers’ state-of-the-art analytical and technological tools and best practice's methodologies. This includes annual and financial risk assessment, planning, review by interview, analytical procedures, methods to enhance shareholder value, and focused reviews of information systems. REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BS/B.A. Accounting a must, CPA certification or progress towards certification requiredEssential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years current public accounting experience in a Big 4, regional or local firm or prior major company that has a strong audit client base.
Real estate and/or SEC reporting experience is preferred
Solid track record of demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) required.
Commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management.
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
