The ideal candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of professionals to deliver quality service to clients in the Middle Market industry in our Assurance practice. He/she will be expected to take a consultant’s approach to the attest/assurance process of Middle Market client’s operations utilizing PricewaterhouseCoopers’ state of the art analytical tools and practice methodology's. This includes annual and financial risk assessment, planning, "review by interview", analytical procedures, methods to enhance shareholder value, and focused reviews of information systems. In addition, managers will be expected to continue to develop industry and technical expertise in assurance and business advisory areas through written reports and management presentations, manage multiple relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables. They will be expected to share ideas with other staff and support critical reasoning with proper firm and professional standards. Overall deliverables: ABAS consulting and reporting on financial and nonfinancial information, SEC issues, annual audits, quarterly reviews, assistance to internal audit departments, develop and maintain strong client relationships/project management, implementation of new technical standards, increase shareholder value and assess and manage risk, recruit/retain/train and develop staff, billable/chargeable hours, revenue generation/expanded services to solve client’s complex business problems to position PwC as the premier "consultant of choice."
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. degree in Accounting and a CPA license are required.Essential Requirements:
Seeking candidates who have experience as an Audit Manager - preferably at a Big 4 or other national ranking public accounting firm.
