The Minneapolis office has a current opening for an experienced audit manager with M&A experience.

We assist both private equity investors and corporate strategic buyers with the full range of deal execution issues, including due
diligence, tax and accounting structuring, merger integration and post-transaction considerations. Our multi-functional approach teams professionals and technical specialists to provide answers and advice with the aim of minimizing risk and maximizing returns.

Demonstrated/Skills/Responsibilities/Abilities:
. Provide engagement or task management and select appropriate methodologies
. Play in a role in attaining quality internal and external communication deliverables including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
. Demonstrate high level of understanding of clients' business
. Demonstrate strong knowledge industry or functional specialty
. Play substantive/lead role and engagement planning, economics, and billing
. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services
. Participate in proposal development efforts. Evaluate,
counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of others
. Assist in retention of professionals
. Participate in training effortsQualifications:
. BA/BS in accounting.. MA/MBA desired
. 4-8 years related experience-US GAAP Audit experience required
. Experience in mergers and acquisitions required.
.
