The individual will assume overall responsibility for a team of professionals to deliver quality services to top tier multi national Industrial Products clients in the Dallas area. He/she will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operation utilizing our state of the art audit methodology. This includes risk assessment, planning, "review by interview" and analytical procedures. The individual will also be a client advisor, demonstrate industry expertise, leverage client relationships, promote the expansion of services, and be responsible for staff development. In addition, you will be expected to continue to develop industry and technical expertise in assurance through written reports and management presentations, manage multiple projects and ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables. You will be expected to share ideas with their other staff and support critcal reasoning with proper firm and professional standards. Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. in Accounting, CPA required. Master's in Accountancy preferred.Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years current public accounting experience with at least one year at the management level in a Big 4 national firm, top local firm or prior major company that has a strong audit client base preferrably in the Energy industry. PwC will consider a candidate with prior Big 4 audit experience with at least one year at the management level. A candidate from the Energy / Oil and Gas industry that has been in a public accounting firm (prior Big 4) and desires to return to a client services environment will be considered. CPA certification is required.
