Audit Bookkeeper

Standard Parking is a leading national provider of parking facility management services. We provide on-site management services at multi-level and surface parking facilities for all major markets of the parking industry. We manage parking facilities containing more than one million parking spaces in hundreds of cities across the United States and Canada.
We currently have an Audit Bookkeeper opening in the Boston area.Responsibilities
Audit and record compiled daily revenue reports.Compile comprehensive monthly audit reports.
Conduct periodic field audits.
Provide inventory reports to client.
Monitor and report on adherence to internal controls.
Communicate audit findings and make recommendations to Accounting Supervisor.
Assist client's accounting department with parking audits as needed.
Generate weekly accounts payable checks and maintain backup.
Assist Accounting Supervisor with various projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in Accounting or prior auditing experience.
Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong excel capabilities a must.
