Key Responsibilities:Apply knowledge of business functions, processes and strategiesIdentify and implement new pronouncements to client situationsSupervise, direct and review the results of the auditSupervise and train staff and seniorsReview complex financial statements and disclosures as well as documentation of validated, tested and assessed various control systemsReview client SEC filingsBuild client relationships, business development and marketingEngagement profitability including billings and collections
REQUIREMENTSFour-year degree in AccountingCPA certification7+ years prior work experience (pref. in public accounting firm)Solid experience within SECFinancial Telecom or Financial Inst experience a plusDemonstrated client service skillsSignificant (5+ years) supervisory experiencePlease note that only those individuals whose qualifications match our current needs will be considered applicants and will receive responses from BDO.
