Associate Project Accountant

To help us to maintain our growth and development, we are currently seeking an Associate Project Accountant to join our Client Finance Team. This position would primarily be located in our Stamford, CT office.

The Associate Project Accountant’s purpose is “To produce accurate, profitable and timely Final Accounts in accordance with internal and external expectations and processes. To work closely with and support where necessary, the US Operational teams and Corporate Finance to achieve Group objectives. To maintain and/or develop relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.”

CAN YOU:

•Record and monitor invoicing to our Clients against agreed deposit schedules?
•Reconcile monthly sales invoices and credit notes?
•Produce accurate, profitable and timely Final Accounts for all programs?
•Ensure maximum profitability is achieved through implementation of any existing, and new, internal procedures and policies?
•Compile a profitability analysis of all completed Final Accounts?
•Update and input accurate information within a ‘time management’ software system?
•Provide ad hoc Client Financial Reports as required by Client or Team?
•Create effective relationships with Clients and Suppliers alike?
•Work in an environment that is dynamic, strategic and rewarding?
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
