Associate, Operations Risk Management

We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Operations Risk Management Public Sector group in our Atlanta office.The Operations Risk Management (ORM) Public Sector group focuses on the following key services for state and local public sector organizations: Organizational/programmatic assessments; Business process effectiveness and efficiency reviews; Costing studies identifying “full” cost of provided services. As an ORM professional, the focus is on helping organizations as they work find the right balance between risk and controls by directly linking operational process risk back to an organization's strategic objectives. Service offerings are designed to not only help mitigate risk, but to drive performance improvement opportunities and help manage the processes required to realize these benefits.Responsibilities:

Assist in providing high quality professional services for ORM engagements and other advisory projects including business process assessments, operational reviews, and costing studies

Prepare reports for management review and approval

Maintain results and other documentation in workpapersQualifications:

BS/BA degree in Public Administration or a Masters in Public Administration from an accredited college/university

Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Able to manage competing priorities under tight timeframes

Able to participate in meetings with various levels of management and third parties in challenging surroundings
