Manager, Quality Assurance
North Wales, PAThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality assurance project auditing team (Clinical Quality Assurance). Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, budget control, assessing and assigning work, and interacting with internal and external clients. Additionally, you will also be responsible for overseeing, planning, and performing GCP auditing activities for clinical trials.The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent education and experience along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance auditing, and demonstrated training and problem solving skills. Must be able to mentor a team of Project Auditors in a GCP environment and demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities, interact with all levels of contacts, including project teams, investigators, vendors, and clients is required. Must be willing to travel approximately 35% (international and domestic). Title offered may be adjusted to meet level of experience
