Job Opportunity - Associate Manager, International Tax, Santa Clara, CA

The Associate Manger of International Tax will perform a variety of functions related to the international activities of the Company, including but are not limited to the following:
Managing and reviewing US international tax compliance
Assisting in planning and implementing cross-border M&A and post-acquisition integrations
Assisting in planning and implementing international tax structuring
Assisting in international and US tax audit defense
Assisting with preparation of US international tax provision
Researching international tax issues
Working with taxing authorities and outside advisers as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

BS/BA in Accounting/Finance with 6+ years of corporate tax experience in Big 4 and/or industry and minimum of three years of international tax experience.
Strong accounting, analytical, tax provision, communication and computer skills and experience in IP/Deferral structure is required.
MST or JD/LLM and CPA preferred
