Associate-Accounting

One of our Investment Management and asset management companies is looking for a strong accounting senior, preferably from public accounting, who is interested in a longer-term career in the general accounting function and learning the asset management business. The ideal candidate should be interested in GAAP, have a strong investigative curiosity to delve into g/l accounting problems and bring a “better way to do things” attitude to the responsibilities.Job Requirements
The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience and will have managed small groups (2-3 junior analysts) and bring a flexible and changing attitude to the corporate accounting function. Being a team player is essential with a strong emphasis in communication results and analyses in a clear and cogent matter. The compensation for this role is highly competitive with a base range of 70-90k and generous first year bonus to 15% minimum.
