Associate Accountant/Payroll

SEEKING FULL TIME
Associate Accountant / Payroll
This individual will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll for the staff, faculty, and students. They will also perform reconciliations of selected general ledger accounts and assist in the general USF Business Office operations. Necessary for success in this position is knowledge of general payroll issues and understanding and experience of accounting principles.
*Bachelor's degree or 2 year accounting degree required.
*2 years of payroll experience preferred.
*ADP system experience desired.
*Strong communication skills.
*Effective organizational skills.
*Positive attitude; independent worker.
*Attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
