We are a multi-disciplinary team of professionals with expertise in actuarial science, accounting, tax, insurance/securities law, underwriting, catastrophe modeling and financial disciplines. We pride ourselves on our strength in product design and creativity. We are fully involved in all aspects of the broking process, namely origination (winning and growing clients), structuring (designing products to solve their risk management/financing problems) and execution (placing these products with reinsurers and investors).This is a non-traditional actuarial role. The nature of the work is project-oriented, client-focused and problem solving. You will be exposed to a very wide range of insurance and reinsurance products, both traditional and non-traditional (e.g. credit enhancement, residual value, financial guarantee). Aon is also a leader in the emerging field of insurance-linked securitizations and you will have an opportunity to learn and contribute in this area. You will become familiar with Aon's tools and approach, contribute to their development, and present Aon's solutions and services to our clients.We are looking for someone who is hands-on and leads by example.
