Assistant Treasurer
WebEx Communications is seeking an Assistant Treasurer. This position will report directly to the CFO and manage cash investments, foreign exchange transactions, share repurchases, financing transactions, credit decisions, insurance, and stock programs. This person must thrive in a fast paced, hands on environment, and be passionate about being part of a team that is focused on creating a powerful global service.
Responsibilities include:
Performs cash flow forecasting and makes related recommendationsManages the company's foreign exchange exposure, hedging where appropriateEnsures all banking transactions are documented properly and that all bank account data is tracked and documented on a regular basisEvaluates and selects outsourced cash mangers. Manages key banking relationships.Participates in capital structure and long-term balance sheet planningManages the company's share repurchase programServes as focal point for risk management, including insuranceMonitors performance of pensions, 401(k) retirement plans and other investmentsMaintains the company's investment policy.Manages the risk management programs and policies , including reporting to senior management, the board of directors, and in public documents.Conducts other treasury-related activities and analysis as directed by the Chief Financial Officer.To apply please send your resume to [Click here for email] for an immediate response.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics, and a minimum of 10 years of treasury experience, including foreign exchange and cash management. MBA preferred.Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with othersExcellent communication skills: experience working at the executive level). able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writingExperience managing foreign exchange transactions and positions.Strong analytic skills: for example, able to assess the impact of shifts in foreign exchange rates on the effectiveness of a hedging strategyClear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within the treasury functionExperience working in global business environment with a sound understanding of global process and transactional flowsLegally authorization to work in the United StatesWillingness to submit to a background investigation, including, for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational backgroundSolid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and manipulationHigh energy and self-motivated, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAdaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
