Assistant Director - Child Care Center

Montgomery Early Learning Centers is seeking an assistant director for our quality child care center located in West Philadelphia.Responsibilities include:Registration/Enrollment
Maintaining Staff and Children’s records
Working directly with families, collaborating with teachers to meet needs of children and Families.
Assist with supervision of staff and day to day center management.
Assuming responsibility for the center in the absence of the Director
Fulfilling any other duties/responsibilities as designated by the Director and/or required for the successful operation of the center.
Giving full support to the Director and Center.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.orA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.orAn associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
