Assistant Controller for hi tech company!

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year If you are looking to join a progressive hi tech Company that is venture backed and planning to go traded, this would be the right job for you! As the Accounting Manager your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: revenue recognition, month/year end, general ledger, implementation of new accounting pronouncements, verification of GAAP compliance and overall day to day accounting. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years total experience; preferably in both private and public accounting, with revenue recognition. Related experience in the hi tech industry and a CPA would be desired. Our client is looking for someone who is up for a challenge and looking to move up the corporate ladder over time.
