Leading Eastside commercial real estate investment and development company is looking for an experienced professional to join their team in newly created role. Assistant Controller responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, monthly financial reporting, audit and tax support, and cash management. Additional responsibilities include training and staff development, systems support and ad hoc reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal person will have a minimum of five years finance experience at the management level and advanced technical skills. Must possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate flexibility, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS Finance, with CPA strong desired.
