Assembly Trainee

One of the largest specialty bakery equipment manufacturers and designers in North America is seeking for an experienced, well rounded Assembly Trainee. The firm has been in business since 1972.

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for carrying out wiring and assembly of products for our product line following routine procedures and specifications. Successful candidates must be able to:Lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis, must be able to be trained to use measuring instruments.Read and use internal process documents.Capable of doing physical work in a factory and be willing to perform any part of out assembly processMany jobs involve the use of power tools and require handling sheet metal, glass, or plasticsCandidates will be performing various types of assembly in a production environmentExperience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.Qualified candidates should have strong work ethics and ability to follow the directions of production supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS


Assembly trainee is responsible for performing a wide variety of assembly operations. Hand soldering, cable harnessing, and manual dexterity a must. Position is for 40 hours a week with a requirement to be available for overtime as needed.
