In addition, you'll prepare, maintain and evaluate various general ledger accounts and reports; serve as a business advisor to area presidents and community builders; and coordinate the tri-annual cost-to-complete process. Other functions include reviewing the business unit's monthly financial statements, as well as its budgets.Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience ideally in home building or with a public company. CPA preferred.K.
