Application Specialist

This position is responsible for supporting ExpressClaim Payer and Provider implementations as well as coordinating pre and post implementation support to external and internal clients. Other responsibilities include expanding AIM’s ExpressClaim client base, coordinating Payer and Provider Express Claim sites, and coordinated monitoring of the ExpressClaim Help Desk for Provider and Payer Clients. The primary purpose of this position is the implementation of ExpressClaim which includes, but is not limited to, on-site employee training, continued support of on-site users of ExpressClaim, training of current AIM employees on-site, and facilitating the implementation of further versions of ExpressClaim. The focus includes day-to-day customer service, client development, project management and administrative activity for ExpressClaim.

4. Quality training and implementation of ExpressClaim on-site
5. Timely completion of deliverables
6. Coordinating ExpressClaim administrative activities

Essential Job Functions:
1. Responsible for successful execution of the implementation plan.
2. Responsible for supporting on-site set-up of ExpressClaim product
3. Responsible for supporting on-site training for designated Payer and Provider institutions.
4. Responsible for coordination between Provider and Payer clients in reference to ExpressClaim.
5. Responsible for on-going support of on-site users.
6. Responsible for continued training upon installation of new versions of ExpressClaim.
7. Responsible for maintaining the current implementation and training protocols.
8. Responsible for coordinated monitoring of the ExpressClaim Help Desk.
9. Responsible for increasing client utilization of ExpressClaim.
10. Responsible for identifying and relaying client ExpressClaim needs to the Director of Product Integration and Operations.


Goals:
1. Ensure the successful implementation of Express Claim in each designated institution.
2. Attract new institutions to coordinate the claims process via ExpressClaim
3. Identify new institutions that AIM is not currently working with in any area.
4. Work to move 90% of applicable claims through ExpressClaim with current participating clients.
5. Maintain a good working relationship with ExpressClaim team.
6. Work with institution to identify future functionality for ExpressClaim development.
7. Document and maintain performance requirements for overall product features and functionality.
8. Translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions.
9. Responsible for researching market needs.
10. Responsible for helping to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects.
11. Responsible for spending time in the market and with users and customers to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions.
12. Responsible for communication with all areas of the company.
13. Responsible for supporting the definition of product release requirements.
14. Responsible for specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
15. Aiding in the creation of future product enhancements and coordinating the testing and delivery schedule
