* Windows/Norton Desktop, Excel, Word, E-Mail, Powerpoint Knowledge of Quaker Oats specific applications such as Genesis, M204, MSA, and Compass is a plus

The CFS Analyst I will be responsible for handling deduction resolution, trade promotion payment/settlement, chargeback identification and collection, and sales administrative activities. The position will require continued interaction with Customer Service Representatives, Sales, Trade Damage, Distribution Center and Cash Application personnel in order to resolve all customer account deductions.

To effectively perform these responsibilities, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for understanding specific Pay For Performance guidelines and Go-To-Market customer plans developed by Sales, for analyzing deduction activities, and for ensuring the accuracy of trade promotional spending. Also, comply/enforce Trade Settlement Policies and Procedures with sales and customers.

Communicate with the customer to obtain documentation for all deductions, resolve any discrepancies between Quaker and the customer, and meet with the customer, as needed, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of account activity. As needed, the Analyst will assist the Sales organization in negotiating and the collection of invalid deductions or post audits.
REQUIREMENTS
* An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is strongly preferred.

* Knowledge of Quaker customer and financial transactional systems is a plus.
