POSITON SUMMARY:Analyze and learn about new technologies within Digital Video, High Speed Internet, Comcast Digital Voice (CDV) and Wireless. Assist with the integration of these new technologies and our existing billing systems to meet the corporate goals and objectives.DUTIES:
Acts as a liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service and the Billing organizations.

Provide a creative and strategic view into existing billing systems and channel the appropriate information into an innovative, concise and realistic plan serving corporate objectives.

Interact effectively with multiple levels, up to and including senior management, using excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

Acquires, promotes and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the emerging telecommunications and interactive services technologies.

Maintains comprehensive knowledge of cable and telephony industry trends.

Excellent time management and organization skills required to prioritize and see projects through to completion

Demonstrate skill as an objective decision maker showing balanced consideration of technical and business issues

Innovative problem solver who takes a global long-term approach to planning and problem resolution.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or the equivalent.EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five (5) years progressively responsible experience in design and development of high-volume transaction driven application software with demonstrated skills in software systems development project analysis.

Minimum three (3) years experience in telecommunications, telephony and/or interactive services industry(ies).
