Administrative Support in Financial Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the trading department with answering phones, the creation of internal presentations, troubleshooting trade problems with other broker dealers, installing prospectuses into our virtual system and documenting importation for prospectus distribution. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal and communication skills, possess good problem-solving skills, have the ability to multi-task, be able to meet deadlines and be detail-oriented. Experience with MS Office Suite required. NASD series 7 license and experience with Bloomberg preferred but not required.
