The assistant Program coordinator’s primary job duties will include securing monetary sponsorships for Holiday of Hope events. Holiday of Hope is an uplifting, gift-giving program that brings cheer to children admitted to the hospital for treatment. These gift banks provide emergency rooms, pediatric units, and other children’s care facilities with age appropriate toys that offer a welcome distraction to young patients from upsetting and often traumatic medical experiences. Other job duties will include coordination of volunteers, event planning, maintenance of database entries and administrative duties related to the events. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, self-managed, organized and able to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. To be successful in this position, one must demonstrate strong sales ability, stellar project management skills, excellent phone and writing skills and the ability to accept direction. Must be proficient in EXCEL and WORD.

This is a full-time position. Work from our office in Holiday Florida Monday thru Friday 9:00-5:30. Kids Wish Network works from one central office that covers the whole United States.
