ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT, Denver, COCummins Rocky Mountain is the exclusive distributor of Cummins and Onan products for the Rocky Mountain Area. Cummins Rocky Mountain LLC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our Credit Department. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment, must have knowledge of credit application concepts and processes, and demonstrate ability to maintain customer files and accounts. Must have a high level of initiative and be self motivated. Must be able to work as a teamResponsibilities• Processing a high level of credit applications: pulling credit reports, checking credit references, clarifying account information and/or requirements, scanning documents, and setting up tax codes.
• Faxing W9’s as needed
• High level of incoming customer service calls
• Complete all incoming credit inquires and fax
• Maintain accurate customer data in computer systems (BMS and RAM) with include ownership changes, address changes, sales tax information
• Assist Credit Manager with Audits
• Faxing invoice copies
• General office duties to keep the Department on track
• Process credit card payments for charge accounts

REQUIREMENTS
General DescriptionThe successful candidate must have a high school diploma and 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Credit/Collections Department. Must be able to type at least 60 WPM. Intermediate in Word perfect, Excel, and Lotus Notes is required. General office knowledge also helpful.
